After a series of woodworking, we smoothen the pieces and prepare for assembly by sanding them with sanding machine. Gradually increasing the sanding grits reveals the natural beauty of the wood pieces, elevating the baby furniture’s overall appeal. Meanwhile, smooth surface is safer for babies to use. We also make adjustments to the pieces, so no flaw will show up when used.

Packing the baby furniture in sturdy packaging is the last step of our manufacturing process. We start this by wrapping a protective layer of film on the assembled furniture to prevent moisture collection that can cause metal parts to rust.
